Not rated - I just wanted to say Thank You for a great product. The screens went up on my garage and were perfectly cut to fit. They slide smooth and work perfectly. It is not often these days you can find a quality product and have such great service using the internet.   I have sent video and pictures to all my contacts and should anyone be interested I will give them the info.

Just wanted to let you know that the curtains fit perfectly considering the odd measurements we had to deal with! And they look great too! I had ‘stumbled’ across your site looking for a solution for my particular awning and even first considered making them myself. I can sew and am a hacker at heart.  But, hey, why reinvent the wheel??  But spending close to $1000, ‘blind’ off the web can sometimes be a scary thing. I think the fact that you are a family-run business is what really sold me: I knew that attention to detail and service would be paramount! And I was not wrong.

Your presentation, product, quality and attention to detail were excellent! And I really appreciated the personal call-back from you and Kurt ‘just to make sure’ of the odd dimensions of the panels. I suspect that I will soon become a reseller too. Not that I necessarily want to – but I’m sure that everyone I know will be asking me where I got them and if they can get them too! There are very few places – especially here in the greater Montreal area – that sells curtains like these at such reasonable prices. I do need another hobby - so what the heck! Not rated - We have purchased many things from many companies but no experience has made us feel as good as the one we have had with you, your company, and your exceptional product. The mosquito curtains are a worthwhile investment in more ways than just expanding the usable square footage of our small, 1920's bungalow. The tiny mosquito no longer keeps us from enjoying our porch and some of life's small pleasures (a brilliant sunrise, great meal, cold beer). This was the best of possibly few options we were able to consider for our historically home in Sarasota.  Thanks so much. Love your life story. Wish you and your family continued success.

A Life Saver - hello, my name is XXXXX,  i am hoping that your company can provide a solution to my dilemma.  i am navy seal stationed in YYYYY and i am soon deploying back to iraq. We are looking for a company that can provide us with mosquito netting.  we use mosquito netting to conceal us when we are inside buildings it make it very difficult to see into the rooms where we are setting up our hides and it cuts down on the glare immensely.

We played with various curtain meshes and made double ply curtains that had qualities that would enable him to see out but would block the visibility into his concealment position. We donated curtains to this particular soldier as we didn't want his safety to depend on one minute of procurement bureaucracy. This was his response:

Hey kurt, sorry i am so late in replying to you, i have been in iraq for about a month re-enlisting.  your stuff was amazing, i cant talk enough about it. im sure it probably saved my skin a few times to.  we had people so close to the hide site that i was sure that we were busted but they never saw us.  the stuff worked great also, i was able to try all the methods of attachment that we spoke about and they all worked great.  the magnet worked every time i needed them to and so did the screw in buttons.  it was great, i got into some trouble on one occasion and had to leave in a real hurry.  i happened to be using the magnets at the time and it was awesome.  i just grabbed and yanked and i was gone in 2 minutes.  fabulous. i shot through it on a number of occasions and it didn't affect the bullet flight in any way what so ever.  i loved the stuff.  if you want to get ahold of me again, then just email me back whenever you want to, i'll try and be more prompt about replying to you.  thanks again Kurt, your stuff was a real lifesaver (literally). God Bless You - This determined elderly woman didn't have access to the internet and mailed us photos of her awning during the peak of our season when we work until blood drips from our eyeballs. I was a bit frustrated as she didn't have the benefit of the many internet photos that we normally use to explain concepts. I felt she was over her head on this project and I am ashamed to say, just didn't have the two hours to thoroughly explain.

Mosquito Curtains: "Ma'am I don't think we can help you right now. I'm afraid this might be a bit much and we don't want to sell you something that might disappoint you."

Woman: "You don't understand, my husband has dementia. This terrace is where we sit every day and we are being attacked by bugs and bees. It's all he has. I will find a way to make this work."

Mosquito Curtains: "Ma'am, I will make this curtain, myself with all the love I can muster. You'll have plenty of redundant methods for rigging so that you will be able to improvise a solution for whatever imponderables arise. We call it the always-works-curtain. If you handled the Depression, this will be a cinch. Give me the phone number of someone who can help you put this up."

Not rated - Just a quick word to thank you for replacement curtains you sent me, I installed them this week-end and everything worked out perfect. It's nice to deal with a company that stands behind their work, everyone makes mistakes, but unfortunately, not everyone makes up for it like you did.

Not rated - Hi Kurt, If Denise hasn’t already relayed my message to you, I want to thank you once again for such a great product. Delivery was real quick and everything ‘worked’ as it should. I got exactly what I expected and then some! The curtains look great and the ‘boss’ is very happy! And that makes ME very happy! She was a little reluctant in buying curtains off the web: “You’re nuts! We need to go to a real store and meet real people : they know what they’re doing! “. But she usually trusts my judgment and I went ahead and ordered the curtains. BIG points for me!!

Excellent - MosquitoCurtains.com was very responsive to my request & quickly guided me towards a customized solution that fit my needs in an unusual application.  Frankly, I would have "overbought" if it was not for their timely feedback via e-mail.  These folks understand true customer service!

Not rated - Seeing all of your positive testimonials already posted, it seems a little redundant to add one more.  However, being a retired mechanical design engineer, I must say that I appreciate the subtleties of your track hanging hardware and the quality of workmanship in the curtain.  I am so tired of these "made in Asia" things that don't quite work right and there is no help available.

I have just finished hanging my 24 ft wide single panel curtain, for which I placed the order only 5 days ago.  It was nice to receive the tracks early so I could have them in place when the curtain arrived.  There were no surprises in the installation and all the parts worked beautifully.  My wife came down to watch after I had the curtain on the track and was working on the end fastenings.  She sat for a few minutes looking out at the back yard before she realized that she was looking through the curtain.

The explanations and suggestions about installation are very good (on their website and written). Very impressed with how easy they were to install. We were considering other options that were double/triple the cost and much more installation involved. After having 4th of July BBQ, everyone wanted to know where we got them. I have received the finished curtains and they fit very well.  Before putting them away for the winter today I put them back on the pergola for a final fit.  The reduced width of the roof is perfect, any less wide and it would have been too tight.  The bottom edges fit as well.  Thanks so much for your trouble [to precut curtain], I am very pleased.  I can’t wait until Spring when I can enjoy the outdoors mosquito free.  I’m sure I’ll be able to drum up some business for you when my neighbors see what I’ve done.  You have a great product.

Excellent - A well thought out product package, and the web site makes it easy to evaluate options. Also, very helpful answers to my questions. The rail and netting materials were higher quality than I expected to receive.

Excellent - The merchant was very quick in sending the product out, but should have an option on the use of different courier services. It took UPS 7 days to deliver the parcel. I have had deliveries from Europe that arrived faster than that. We have not had a chance to hang up the curtains and therefore can not comment on the product itself. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the service provided by this company. Unfortunately, this Canadian order was held up by the customs inspectors. However, in response to this and other West coast customer comments, we switched delivery carriers from UPS ground to USPS 2-day parcel post.

Not Rated - Wow.  Your photos don't do these curtains justice.  Has anyone told you guys lately that you're genius?? It's like a screen house, but...  softer.  I love the little billowing in the breeze.  I may just leave them too long - the puddling is kind of pretty too.

Not rated - Your product has made our useless patio into a room we (and our pets) have thoroughly enjoyed this summer.  We could never dine outside or just relax and enjoy the fresh air.  In No. Calif. we suffer from many outdoor pets such as wasps, meat bees, flies, bumble bees, and especially mosquitoes.  For the past two years West Nile disease has threatened us and for our dogs it has been torture from the mosquitoes.  You can see how your mosquito curtains have given us back our outdoor lives.  I tell everyone that sees the curtains who you are and will continue to do so.

Excellent - I recently purchased a 32 foot span curtain and it is so easy to install that I could not believe it was up that quick. The temperature outside was a scorching 94 degrees but it only took 1 hour to initially install. Yes I said 1 hour for the initial install, another words it was hanging and usable in just one hour, WOW! Is a matter of fact we are using it as shown in the pictures, (will send pictures to merchant very soon). Great product that works! Thanks

Not rated - Please feel free to use me as a reference--I've found very few businesses who are as easy to do business with and as honorable as yours. This customer did not open their package for 2 months. When they did, they found they had termite damage and had to incur a large repair expense. The curtain was not removed from the packaging and they asked to return their curtain. We refunded their purchase price, no questions asked. Why? Because it was a reasonable request. It is smart business to make you happy.
